Shipping Policy

Here's what to expect once you place an order with Pack & Sprout.

1. Shipped from the United States

All orders are shipped from within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped the same business day or the next business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next available business day.

3. Delivery times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Any current free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown at checkout.

5. Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. If tracking hasn't updated within 2 business days of shipping, reach out and we'll look into it.

6. Delivery issues

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it's been delayed well beyond the estimated window, contact us through our store contact page with your order number and we'll help track it down.

7. Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we're happy to help however we can.
