Refund Policy

At Pack & Sprout, we want you and your kids to be happy with what you ordered. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Store credit only

All approved returns are issued as store credit to use on a future purchase. We do not offer cash or original-payment-method refunds. Store credit is issued as a discount code equal to the value of the returned item(s) and does not expire.

2. Return window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

3. Return verification process

To protect against fraud and make sure every return is handled fairly, every return request goes through a short verification process before approval:

  • Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We may ask for photos of the item to confirm its condition (unused, original packaging where possible).
  • Once reviewed, we'll confirm whether the return is approved and provide next steps, which may include shipping the item back to us.
  • Store credit is issued once the return is verified and, if applicable, the item is received back in its original condition.

This process typically takes 2-3 business days from when you first contact us.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. These cases still follow the verification process above, but we'll prioritize getting you a replacement or store credit quickly.

5. Items that can't be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, water bottles and lunchboxes that have been used cannot be returned unless defective. Any item marked "Final Sale" at checkout is not eligible for return.

6. Shipping costs on returns

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect, in which case we will provide instructions at no cost to you.

7. Order cancellations

Orders can be canceled for store credit if they haven't yet shipped. Once an order ships, it follows the standard return process above.
